This was my third or fourth time buying tires here. Dale Pensak's was recommended by a friend. I have not bought tires anywhere else in the past two years, and I haven't had a single flat. I was about to purchase all season radials, but I asked Dale about whether I should get snow tires this winter, as I live in Susquehanna County where the roads are usually rough going and we get our share of ice and snow. Dale had just been to New Milford and noticed how potholes have taken over. He suggested getting four winter tires that were of much better quality than the all seasons that I had bought in February (and were already quite worn from all the driving I do.) Fair pricing. Outstanding level of service knowledge and workmanship. I've been going to Pencak Tire for all of the tire needs for our fleet of equipment and vehicles for the last 10 years. I'll never go anywhere else. Sometimes they are so busy that you have to schedule an appointment a few days out but definitely worth the wait.
