Took a car in for a brake issue where the wheel was sticking as you pressed the gas pedal. A week later, they charged me about $1300 in repairs, replaced parts that did not fixed the issue, 2 minutes from driving off the lot the car had the same issue but worse. Called them, they said "well it needed done anyways" and they gave me recommended fixes i took into my hands, did not solve the issue. Come a couple months later, had an uncertified mechanic friend look it over. Had the problem fixed for less than $200. He also had to fix all sorts of brake lines they missed. Bad ones. He said there is 0 excuses why they couldn't fix the issue. The car has been amazing since. Another time, i brought another car in, they claimed it may be a possible spun bearing. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and also very reasonable. As a car dealer I don't get any predatory vibes from this place at all, they always call me and are always honest with me and will even show me exactly what they are talking about if I question something. Highly recommend!! Especially because there are so many other predatory garages around. *This is talking about the newest and current ownership

Scheduled my vehicle there for repairs for ONE day. They assumed we ordered the parts. ??? I've never dropped vehicle off for scheduled repairs to be told they can't do it because I didn't bring the parts i needed for the list of repairs. And yes, they did have the list before hand. By the end of this, I'll be without my car for 2 weeks. No fireworks, no swimming, and no amusement parks. If it's not done by tomorrow, we can't go on our vacation we have planned. If you take your vehicle here just know 1 day = 2 weeks. Who knows? Maybe longer. If you like not knowing when you'll be able to leave your house again for groceries: Pensingers is perfect!

I have been a customer pretty much my whole adult life..... Gas, tires and minor repairs. Prices have always been reasonable until this morning. Almost $82 dollars for an oil change? Ridiculous!

Don't go by the estimate, my cost was way over the estimated cost. Also said that I had a coolant leak behind the firewall, took it to another mechanic and the only leak was the radiator cap needed replaced. The "leak" near the firewall was the tube that drains the water from having the ac running. I wouldnt recommend this shop for any repairs.
