After being gouged down the street I took my car to Penske. They were both helpful and friendly. Their quote came in thousands less than their closest competitor and they finished the work quickly. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

The work was completely quickly. The estimate was accurate to the penny.. I had other services due at the same time and Taz volunteered to take my vehicle to the service department and retrieve it when complete. This streamlined the process for me as the customer.

Penske Collision Indy is a fantastic body shop! My boyfriend and I’s vehicles were hit with hale damage back in June and Penske was very quick with repairs. They did an amazing job on both vehicles. Mine had a little bit more damage, nearly every panel was damaged, but within a month, they had it fixed. My boyfriend’s truck had minor damage and within less than a week, they had it repaired. We will be recommending their excellent service to everyone! Thank you for your great customer service and reliability.

EDIT: there has been no follow-up response from emailing customer service (email listed in the auto generated response to this review.) My review will be staying at 1 star. I brought my car in for repairs in April for damage to the driver’s side following an accident. Car was dropped off three weeks where I consistently had to call for updates about progress, given wide timeframe and having to pay for a rental car (10 days to 3weeks.) When I picked up the car (before work), initial repairs looked good on drivers side, but the car was returned filthy inside (looked like it had been sitting in a dusty shop with no doors for the entire time) and there were masking tape notes all over the repaired side.
