I brough my Lexus SUV to Penske Collision Center-San Diego for a dent repair caused by a truck parked beside me. I was most pleased with Penske's quality of work and their representative, Nick Sinanyan. He was very professional, pleasant and communicative who kept me updated about the insurance coverage and the timeline needed to complete the repair. They finished the job ahead of the schedule. When they released my SUV, it looked as good as brand new. I was quite happy with the result. I will certainly recommend them very highly for any car repair. I had a small dent near the fuel door on my car, and the technician handled the repair flawlessly. The work came out absolutely perfect, you can’t even tell anything ever happened. A few weeks later, I also came across the note Jordan had left, which shows the level of care and professionalism he puts into his work. Thank you, Jordan. You’re the man. I had my car "repaired" in December. Got it back, within a day I emailed Marvin that the trunk was making a loud clunk when opening and closing. They told me to bring it back, and now they claim there is "NEW damage that obviously caused the problem", even though I told them within a day of getting the car back that it was still damaged. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK, DO SUB-STANDARD REPAIRS WITH NO QUALITY CONTROL. And now they are "willing" to fix it but want me to pay out of pocket or file a new insurance claim. Blatant crooks who do not know how to do their jobs. Their conclusion is that I did not bring it back soon enough to get it fixed, despite their "lifetime" warranty on their work. Please do yourself a favor and go to a reputable shop.

This is where we have had all our cars repaired from our Mercedes to our Nissan over the years. Paul has always taken care of our cars like they were his own. My car is always completed in a timely manner and repaired with factory parts.
