Bill Penton has been our family agent, and mine personally, for 35+ years. He has been nothing but professional in our insurance dealings for home and autos. There have been several instances where he has answered his personal cell phone, after hours, to handle a situation for me that needed immediate attention. Any time I've needed paperwork faxed to title companies, which has been several times throughout the years, he has been on it within minutes. He has spent hours with me, explaining details to me, any time I want to review or update my coverage. He is patient, kind and has a good heart for people. He listens, has good suggestions, and is not just my insurance agent, but my friend. Anyone wanting The Personal Touch from an insurance agent, I highly recommend Bill Penton!

Bill (Im guessing Penton) was my parents agent for years. My mother is a widow and simply left things as is from my father's prior arrangement with Penton Insurance. Turn's out he was over charging my mother for more than $600.00/year. I went direct to Progressive and got a quote that was 38% cheaper without him. When I brought it to his attention he said, "I don't make the quotes." I believe him. Nor does he review them or question them. Thanks for nothing Bill!!!

Penton Insurance has been fabulous to us for several years now. Not only have they actively helped us save money on each of our Insurance plans, they have amazing customer service! Whenever I've had a problem of some sort, it only takes one call to fix it! The owner of the company is also very friendly and always willing to help in whatever way he can, and readily and quickly answers any question about insurance I can possibly come up with, even giving my wife and I plenty of good and sound counsel and advice on insurance in general. I dearly hope to see this business continue many years into the future because they're so awesome. Seriously! I mean it!
