I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment for right when it opened. They said my car will be finished by 12:30 at the latest. While I was Ubering back, they call me saying they ordered the wrong parts. I ended up ubering back to work. Now they tell me come around 5. I get one of my family members to go out there to pick it up because I was at work. They said my car is not finished and now they have to keep the car until the next day. So now it cost me another Uber ride. They gave a couple of dollars discount for inconvenience but it still didn’t cost as much as my Uber rides. I finally get my car. In a few days, I’m already hearing some kind of little screech noise when I’m turning. So I go back up to Pep Boys and ask if they can check my car cause I’m already hearing sounds. They

The people who work here are so pleasant to talk with. They showed me exactly why I needed a new battery and went over everything with me. The service is incredible and I felt welcomed the whole time I was waiting.

Took my truck here to get the front brakes done. They were fine until about 2,000 miles, and they started to squeak. I took it back and they changed the brakes free of charge. They said, “your truck needs heavier duty brakes”. I was shocked that they didn’t even put them on there in the first place. 3000 more miles I took my truck to another mechanic and had my oil changed and rear brakes done, because they were cheaper. 2,000 miles more go past and my brakes were getting stuck and squeaking. So I brought my truck back to the other mechanic to see if it was the rear brakes. They told me it was the front brakes again, because pepboys did not lube them. Do not take your car here, unless you want to come here multiple times for problems they “fix”.

I never got the chance to experiece their "great" work per the reviews. I made an appointment for 10am for an alignment check. By 3:30p they never even touched my car. I suggest just walking in since apparently having an appointment is pointless.

All the guys here take good care of this little old lady. Got new tires yesterday & they found me an excellent tire at a great price. Did the install quickly & professionally & even had a charger block on hand for my phone.
