I ordered a set of Laufenn S Fit A/S, which I had never heard of before, but came highly recommended by Bre. After careful research and coming in to take a look at the actual tires in person prior to my service appointment, I felt confident about my final choice. Considering how well these tires perform on my Mazda CX-5 under various road conditions, I highly recommend this tire. They look high-end and feel better than I would have imagined. There is less road noise and vibration than the replaced brand. Turns, acceleration, and braking of the Laufenn S Fit A/S on both wet and dry pavement gives no buyer's remorse at all. Slow service, but great value. Had to wait 4 hours total, including estimate, when I already knew what needed to be done. Pricing was given after full inspection, which was 1 hour later, then work which was quoted as 2 hours and ran to about 3 to finish. Counter salesperson/clerk is very friendly but holds her ground. Would appreciate more ingenuity/try more options to figure out the best deal for customers.

Their deals on tires are great especially on Black Friday. The staff is very friendly. The system messed up and wasn’t showing I paid online. Luckily I had screen shots of the purchase and they did whatever they had to do to fix that. The service takes a long time. 2+ hours for all 4 tires to be changed. Someone was here before me and was waiting the whole time I was.

If i could give them -5 stars I would!!! I took my car in for new brakes, and when I dropped it off, it was in great condition. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I should have known something was wrong because they were frantic the second I walked into the office. Said they lost my keys and couldn't find them. When I told them I did not have a spare and that they were going to pay for a locksmith to come out, they "all of a sudden found them." They had backed my car up into a parking spot that was facing Kirkwood Hwy, so of course, because I had brakes done, I didn't inspect the back of the vehicle. Came straight home and parked my car in the driveway until the next day. When I went to go run errands the next day, that's when I noticed all of the damage to my vehicle! I couldn't even open

Go elsewhere and save yourself the stress, time and money. Not only will they order the wrong tire size but they claim they got stolen in the same day too? The same rims are on my car so how did they get stolen? Also the girl at the desk has a nasty attitude. I'm asking questions for my sister because she's already upset that she's being overcharged for the service. I brought up that it took a very long time to have the car ready and she snapped at me saying its been ready since 1pm. The car was dropped off at 8am...it does not take 5 hours to change tires, even if the original size ordered was off.
