This Pep Boys location is pretty awesome compared to other shops. The lobby, waiting room, and restrooms are immaculate and well-aired out!! I wasn’t expecting such a peaceful atmosphere and was pleasantly surprised with the service. TJ has a really good demeanor and speaks as well as he listens. I recommend this location if you are having vehicle trouble in the Cumming area. It also helps that 2 master mechanics are on duty.

I will NEVER come to this location again. I've been here twice and both times, the guy at the front desk act as if he didn't want to be bothered with me or my vehicle. This time, I just needed some oil siphoned from my vehicle and he had the audacity to tell me they didn't have the tools required to do that. Really?! I left and took my vehicle to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers a couple of miles away. They resolved the issue with no hesitation! A simple job that took less than 5 minutes. Do better Pep Boys!!

So I went over a canyon masquerading as a pothole and got a flat tire at 4pm today. This was not on my schedule. My insurance roadside assistance came and changed the tire for me (in 30 degree weather—bless that man) and this Pep boys is literally just five minutes from my house, so I stopped in with the old tire and asked if they could take a look at it. Due to a giant gash, it was deemed DOA, and the shop closed in 30 minutes. I asked if maybe they could hook me up with a new tire tomorrow (I had lunch plans with my college son and I desperately didn’t wanna miss it, but knew I would have to because I couldn’t travel that far on a doughnut ) and they told me the shop was full, but they could fix it while I waited. Pulled my car up and these guys fixed my tire right in their parking lot

I’m back in town for a family emergency, and my tire was losing pressure so I took my car here to see what I needed. Justin and Tantus made sure I got my leaky valve fixed and told me that my front brakes were in dire need of some love. Justin made sure I knew about the coupon for brake services and was so understanding. These guys are honest, fast, and reliable, and they’ve restored my faith in Pep Boys! So grateful to both of them for making sure I can get around town and then back home safely!

Summary: CROOKS/deception: charged $655.00 for PEP BOYS listed retail priced battery ( 94R) $279.00!! Charged $111.00 for their PEP BOYS retail priced battery installation of $19.99 Added "shop fee" of $11.00, PROVIDED 0 warranty documentation( Btw AMAZON ALSO exact battery $169.00!) Week later they tried to tell us we got a better battery.Their lies don't stop. Nauseating. I RARELY do reviews but when something is SO wrong, I believe if you are a truly ethical & moral person, you want to help keep others from being a victim.
