I brought my car in for an inspection and reported a loud noise while driving. I specifically asked that the wheel bearing be checked. The car passed inspection, and I was told it was not a wheel bearing but instead a dust shield rubbing. I was sent on my way without the issue being fixed. When the noise continued, I brought the car back. Additional work was done, yet the problem still was not resolved. I then took the vehicle to the dealership, where it was immediately diagnosed as a failed wheel bearing and promptly repaired. It is extremely disappointing to bring in a vehicle, clearly describe the issue, and even point to the likely cause, only to have it dismissed and the car returned twice with the problem unresolved. Got my brakes front and back full brake Job done on Friday and by Monday I couldn't even drive it omost died trying to stop at a light. I just needed break pads and and rotors. 2019 ram with 60k miles!!!! easy money for them with oil change came to 1150.00 back at pet boys 2 days later with my truck have no clue how long I will be here so much for making it to work on time. At least they got it right in to be fixed. Definitely 100% a braking issue Truly unbelievable its not that hard i could have done myself if I had parts time and tools thats why im paying 1150.00 !!! I was pissed when I heard they had to order a part when I was sitting there but I only sat there for about 30 minutes still late to work in an extra day I didn't need to bring my truck in might have a different shop look at

It took over 2 hours to change the oil on my car! Plus when I called to schedule the appointment, the person didn't seem to know what the hell he was doing. Kept me on the line for over 20 minutes without giving me a reason of why it was taking so long. Plus the same person working the counter couldn't figure out on how to apply the discount. Completely inept people working there!

I made an appointment online. An hour before my appointment I realized that I would be 10 minutes late so I called the store to notify them. Upon calling I asked if it would just be easier for me to reschedule. The associate said no that they would still take me. When I got there the associate stated that it would take 1-1.5 hours for the oil change. I ended up having to wait 3 hours to get an oil change. I never received any status updates about my vehicle that they said would be provided and when I picked up my vehicle it took almost 15 minutes to cash out. This is due to the fact that not only were they short staffed but the individual cashing people out was on the phone. It’s a long story, but I think people need to know first off. I made an appointment at 9 o’clock for certain day. I got there at 10:09 on that day walked in the guy at the counter asked what I was doing. There told him I had an oil change inspection and tire rotation so he’s doing a little looking up and he goes. Are you leaving the car? I said I’m leaving it but I’m staying I said why would why are you asking? He said well it’s gonna be 2 1/2 to 3 hours when I can get you in I so wait a minute I just made an appointment yesterday for 9 o’clock today. Don’t you know how to keep an appointment he was yeah I’m really sorry that was it so I left.
