My experience overall was very satisfactory. The front counter technician was courteous and knowledgeable of their services. He was helpful in obtaining my Synchrony account to place the order for the tires purchased and even let me know of additional offers that helped lower my purchase amount. Great job!

Terrible experience. Went twice, gave the benefit of the doubt and was extremely dissatisfied. Staff and technicians are definitely not qualified. They were not able to provide the services requested. If you can go somewhere else, PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! First time I left after about an hour wasted only to be told they were not able to fulfill the services. Went elsewhere and got the services done. Second time, I cannot believe the amount of time and money was wasted only to not be able to receive an answer. They claimed to need more time and “further diagnosing”. Two days without a vehicle, and they still wanted to keep it for longer?! As a parent, that was difficult. Not a lot of Mechanics want to work on my vehicle (Durango Hellcat or Porsche Cayenne) due to the value of it, lack of resources, or afraid of messing it up but Pedro is up for the challenge and has expertise on my vehicle and European vehicles. Outstanding Customer Service by everyone and process is really fast (check in/check out). Have done several services with them for years already so Highly Recommend 100% and service is on point as always

I took my truck and brought my shocks to try and have them replaced, They wanted to charge me over $800 just to take 12 screws and put them in back on to replace my shocks, that's ridiculous prices. I don't recommend going here, the prices are skyrocket.
