I always come here for my tires. They’re always in stock. I can pretty much expect they’ll get them on in a timely manner. In the last 15 years I’ve only had to wait long once, and it was a while ago. So today, I came in without an appointment, which is typical of me since I always wait until the tire is in ruins, and since I had a blow out on a worn tire I’m glad they’re able to take me basically on a whim. They finished in about 90 mins or a touch less with people ahead of me, which was perfect. I’ve never had any issue with the product or service. The blowout was because there’s junk all over the ground where I work. The employees are always friendly to me too, since I’m not really having a major issue anyway, it’s pretty straight forward. I needed a new tire put in within 1/2 hour to drive to Orange County for a 10am meet-up after discovering a damaged tire. Called to see if they had a tire that would fit, and drove down. Team did a great job putting on the new tire asap and I got to OC 10:15am. Also checked brakes & inflated my spare. It been a while since i used PepBoys but very happy with fast and honest service.

Amazing customer service. Andy was tentative and knowledgeable. Came in needing new tires for my wife’s jaguar (hard tires to find in stock). Andy had them ordered and installed the next day. Thanks Andy, and your team, for a great experience.

Amazing team at Pep Boys. I was stranded and I needed a new tire that most places don’t have in stock, I previously places I shop I always have to wait a couple of days for the order to come in. I was shocked they had that size in stock. Really nice lady named Rumor Ortiz and the 2 gentlemen Alexis N. And Alex installed the tire on my car and they all were professional and provided excellent customer service.

HONESTY…it’s the only thing I look for in a mechanic shop…Manuel and Leo couldn’t have been more honest and truthful when I took my car for an alignment. They raised the car check the diagnostics and said “you don’t need one everything looks good we’re not going to charge you”. Words you rarely hear. So once they said my battery needed a replacement I trusted them and immediately got that done. We need more people like this in the business.
