I visited Pep Boys Celebration for a routine oil change. It’s a simple service, yet I had to wait about an hour. After the service was completed and I drove away, my car displayed a warning indicating that the oil level was too high. It turned out they had overfilled the engine with oil. During a previous visit, they actually underfilled it. This kind of inconsistency raises serious concerns about attention to detail and technician qualification. An oil change is a basic maintenance procedure and should be handled with precision. Unfortunately, I no longer trust this location and will not be returning. I strongly recommend that other customers double-check the work performed here

Great service and a wonderful experience . Im a small business owner traveling in town with my nissan van and was in a stranded situation with my vehicle. I was limited on money and time in the gentleman.Here were very nice , fast in respectful. They showed kindness , they looked at my van told me what was wrong with it and gave me various options to fix the problem in which I did not have enough money to pay for and had to leave. But by their generosity and hard work they were able to at least give me a direction to find a cheaper option for me to fix my situation and my tired. Greg Cash

He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through my options, and made sure I felt comfortable with the solution. What really stood out was his honesty and efficiency. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need he just focused on getting me safely back on the road as quickly as possible. The whole process was smooth and stress-free because of him. I really enjoy working with Emilio. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and able to handle a lot at once, which is actually impressive to watch. I would have given a higher score, but after my coolant exchange, my fan wasn’t tightened properly and I received a coolant alert shortly after. I went back right away, and after some back and forth, they were able to figure out and fix the issue. While I appreciate that it was resolved, it does make me hesitant to return for additional work, as something that seems like a simple step was missed and could have turned into a much bigger problem.
