They were super nice. The young lady greeted me with a smile and was really helpful when I came to pick up m y GSA vehicle. And when I needed receipts Mr. Alvin was nice enough to email them to me. Great customer service. I appreciate it.

Overpriced I recently purchased tires from Pep Boys, and I'm quite disappointed with the experience. As someone who isn't very knowledgeable about cars, I relied on their expertise to guide me. However, I was charged $151 per tire for tires that were already three years old. The store claimed that the tires had not been used and were simply sitting on the shelf. What's particularly misleading is that Pep Boys considers these three-year-old tires as 'new.' In reality, when most people think of 'new' tires, they expect them to be from the current or previous year, not several years old. While it's true that tires can last around seven years, purchasing tires that are already three years old means I'm losing out on a significant portion of their lifespan. Essentially, I'm paying full price

We were visiting from out of state and Samantha worked us in on a Sunday, she was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Her help and assurance saved our Mardi Gras trip and got us back on our way to SC. Thank you Samantha and to your mechanic for getting us back road worthy!
