Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Great service having taken the car in for a brake job. The technicians informed me the brakes were fine and all brakes were checked for no charge for the inspection. Option was given to replace to brakes was no pressure. Would definitely return for service on my car.

By far one of the worst Pep Boys ever. Rude employees who talk over you when you're trying to speak. Over charge in faulty work and then decide which parts they want to warranty and which they dont. They warrantied my front rotors but not my rear and when I asked why the response was "well we used an outside vendor's part so you would have to pay for that." Why would a front brake rotors warranty be offered but not a rear? Each time I asked to speak to the service manager, I was put on hold by Donte (I believe his name was) for more than 15mins. Which I called twice on my 2 10min breaks at work. I called after work to speak to the service manager and was told he was gone for the day. (How convenient) when Donte was going over my paperwork over the phone he said "it looks like you started t

Devaughn and Oscar were an amazing team. They serviced my car quick and efficiently. They showed me what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to keep my vehicle running.

Beto, David and Steve took really good care of me. Didn’t overcharge me for stuff that I didn’t need done. Just good guys. This is why I come to Pep Boys especially this one for all my family vehicles. Thank you very much for your integrity sincerely TJ.

Easy service here every time. For easy routine service visits I’d rather come here than the dealership every time.
