I purchased 4 tires online and made the appointment. Touched base via phone to make sure they were in stock. Spoke to Taylor and he was very helpful answering my questions. He was also very accommodating in moving my appointment up from Saturday to Wednesday. Day of appointment Ronald and Tony were very professional and polite. My car was ready in 2 hours. I have used this location on multiple occasions, with one experience that wasn't the usual service I had received in the past. I decided to try them again as I believe everyone can have an off day. Keep providing great service and we will return for all our tire/oil change needs. Thank You!

I went here for the first time on a Sunday for a tire that wasn't holding air. I'm always leery going to a new mechanic, but I will definitely use them again. Taylor was friendly and accommodating, and Joseph quickly found and repaired the tire for cheaper than I expected. Thanks for getting me back up and running!

Have gotten tires for both of our vehicles at this location. I price around and they are the winners every time! Very friendly, nice room to hang out in while they're working on your vehicle, and always do a great job! They also don't oversell you when doing inspections.

if i could give 0 i would, the first time i came here i had a flat tire and somehow the team working changed the wrong tire on my car and sent me away, the only way i knew was my tire light still being on in my car, i walk back in to tell them my tire light is still on and they tell me it won’t be gone for 50 miles, which wasn’t true. i asked them which tire was changed and they changed the wrong one, they fixed it and i left. the next time i went they had a deal to buy three tires and get one free, which is pretty nice so i decided to give them another chance, i wish i didnt. i also go an oil change. they changed my tires and i got back into my car, it was raining so i went to use my windshield wipers and there was no fluid left in the container, which was weird because it was working fin

Excellent customer service, everyone there was really nice. Took my car there for amy replacement tire My car with 13 K got a screw in one of the tires. I had driven from Ky to work which is not to far Pep Boys with a donut tire on and it was snowing. I called and spoke with Taylor. He gave me several options/prices for a tire. I was able to come in on my lunch break that same day and got the tire replaced in a timely manner. I would go back to them again.
