I had an excellent experience at the Pep Boys Orange location. The service manager, Valerie Jilgeous is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout my visit. She clearly explained everything and even recommended I replace my battery since it was charging below expectation. The work on my vehicle was completed on time as promised. I truly appreciated her professionalism and guidance. Great service overall!

Avoid this shop for any mechanical repairs. I brought my car in due to a coolant leak, and it stayed in the shop for four days. I was told the issue had been fixed, and was charged an unreasonably high price. However, the moment I drove the car, the exact same issue occurred. I returned the vehicle, and it remained in the shop for another three days. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was “just the hose” — the same problem they supposedly repaired the first time. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, the coolant wasn’t even filled to the minimum level. This shows a complete lack of attention to detail and raises serious concerns about the quality of their work. Unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle

Came in for 4 new tires and wheel alignment and was never done. Waited 4 hours and took off work for nothing because they didn't have the key to unlock my tire. I just purchased the car how was I supposed to know, and you waited 4 hours to tell me that 🙃 😑

Scheduled a 9am appointment for a battery replacement. Arrived on time and sat in the store waiting for over 2 1/2 hours. I’ll never come here again. If there was a lower rating than a 1 star I’d hit that button

No. 1 Valerie, No. 2 Henry, No. 3 Dennis, I really am convinced this Business would not run as smooth without these three employees.
