I came in with a flat trailer tire. Thomas was a great help. He got me patched up, squared away, and out there door within 30 mins. This store is certainly recommended.

I would not recommend this location at all customer service is terrible. The manager Mike was rude they offered no kind of resolution to fix my problem when it was something that happened while my car was in there hands. They don’t know how to talk to there customers. There is no way a manager should be telling a customer instead of blaming us you need to blame the place where you got your car from. The issue I had with the car happened while my car was in your car prior to me coming my car was not overheating but yea they ordered no resolution to fix my situation. They took no accountability. I ended up taking my car somewhere else for work who’s customer service was way better than pep boys and told me what pep boys did to my car.

I give them a no star rating that is one of the most awful customer service place ever. They talked to my daughter very rude and disrespectful plus messed her car so bad she had to get it towed to Firestone and that's where they fixed the problem. They need to have better people working there that enjoy their job and also no how to talk to customers. Mike and Thomas are not trained to work with the public. Never going back there and if I was you don't go ever.

BEWARE! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car service center in my life. I was supposed to have my Evap Detection Pump replaced. According the guy at the shop, this was definitely something that they could do. The truck was taken to the shop on 6/24. Nothing other than my name and phone number was asked. I already had the diagnostic test done and told them what was wrong with it. The check engine light had come on and I had it tested at Auto Zone. I was told that Pep Boys wouldn't go by the FREE TEST that AZ did, that they would have to do their own. Of course, it cost $100. When they did do it, it came back as the same exact issue. I was called 6/25 saying it was ready. I picked it up that evening. On 6/26 the light was back on. I tried calling PP for 3 days. It was alway

Had some work done on my car recently at another shop. On the way home, the check engine light came on for an 02 sensor. Even though these guys did not do the work they went above and beyond to fix the problem. These guys are great, and I can't thank them enough.
