Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Great experience getting new tires for my son’s vehicle at this Pep Boys location. From the Izis online scheduling to personal service from Todd and Erik at the store as well as texting status update. The tires were put on on time and the best price in town! I dropped my car off, but they have a beautiful facility if you need to wait. Can’t say enough about the fantastic service I received this branch.

I never write reviews but I made a google account just to leave this review. This is the best service I have ever had. This company treats its customers right, has very fair pricing, and totally takes care of each customer. I have taken my car to Honda dealerships and consistently had issues and end up just going to pep boys. Pep Boys is now my first option every time. Lived in Phoenix and Columbus and any time I have an issue come up and have taken my car to a Pep Boys, it’s been totally professional, polite, communicative, and done the right way. This is the right kind of company with the kind of people you want working on your car. Totally professional and they’ve gained a customer for life out of me. Will be driving out of my way any time I have car issues- it’s a pain having car issue

Amazing service! Went in for a brake inspection to get a second opinion from Pep Boys at this location since a different auto company tried to up me in charges and exaggerate what was really wrong with my car. Pep Boys (Paul and Todd, specifically) completely worked with me to get the best deal at a lower cost, fixed my car’s brakes same day, and were so kind in their service. Will come here again for future car issues!

Been twice, most recent to get headlight changed. Quick service. Gave thorough info on inspection items that need work. There was some damage(2in scratch) to my steering wheel that I know for a fact wasn't there beforehand, but they offered to cover the cost of a leather repair kit if it was available in the attached auto parts store(which did not have anything to that end). Generally decent experience. I did hear the tech who worked on my car yelling when he was questioned about the scratch, which I thought was quite an overreaction. So based on that plus the damage to my vehicle, I personally won't be returning.

I walked into Pep Boys expecting a routine brake pad swap and a $200–$400 bill. I walked out wondering if I accidentally bought a second car. I had purchased one of their upgraded brake packages about a year ago. When my rear brakes started acting up, I expected free pads and maybe new rotors. Instead, a miscommunication led them to believe I authorized additional work, which I had not formally approved or signed off on. That part was frustrating, no question. That said, we ultimately landed on a price that was fair for the work actually done. While it did concern me that my brakes failed after about a year and roughly 25,000 miles, the original service was done at a different location. What matters most is this.
