Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

We had previous brake work done as an oil change company told me I needed back brakes quickly, went to pep boys within a day and they said it was the front that needed replacement. Had I had the other company fix what wasn’t broken and ignore what was it could have had detrimental accident. Second reason to trust was they my husband forgot his wallet and being we had work done they allowed him to go home and get his wallet. I called and paid it with the help of Antonio. Third time, my husband forgot to let the lock for the tires as I was calling them Antonio called me to tell me the key was there but he stated it should have been returned to him by the service team. Horrible experience — rude staff, no honor of appointment I made a same‑day appointment (10/21/25) for 6:30 PM and received a confirmation text (#737782) @ 3:34 pm. When I arrived, an employee named David yelled at me, accused me of not having an appointment, and blamed me for their full schedule. He refused to look at my car, then handed it off to busy employees and said they couldn’t see me until the next day. I left without service. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. I recommend avoiding PEP BOYS on N University Drive until they fix their scheduling and customer service. I’ve kept my confirmation text and will be contacting corporate/consumer authorities. ( (Unfortunately, I’m required to give at least one star to post this review — otherwise, I wouldn’t have given any at all.)

Awesome customer service, Vish the store manager took care of me so fast and was extremely friendly and outgoing. This coral Springs pep boys location is top notch so if you need any auto service repair for your vehicle , please see the service department manager Vish.

Great service and good prices. I work next door and the staff were able to get my car in same day for tire replacement and were ready for me by the time I got out of work. 2 weeks after they replaced my tires, they also fixed one of the TPMS valve stems on one of the new tires. Also took off a loose piece of my skid plate for no charge.

Great first experience! Antonio was able to get me right in without an appointment. Had a battery replacement. Was in and out in less than an hour.
