I have been here twice. As a single female, its tough trusting a mechanic with the vehicle. - I dont know much about cars. I feel so confident coming here. Ben has been very upfront and honest with how he moves forward. I dont know the technical jargon. But I do know that I feel very at ease. First time, I needed tires. He went through the entire process with me, and although expensive, I felt good about it. The second time, today, was a headlight problem. I was there a little over an hour. Thinking this is going to be so expensive. He comes back and tells me I should go to a dealer. Because it is an issue that the dealer has more information about. He didnt charge me, said, it could've been just a headlight replacement.. but didnt want to double charge me. Incase the dealer does as well.

Walked in to have a tire repaired that had a slow leak due to a screw imbedded in the center. The service advisor said they will be able to fix it within an hour. He directed me to the customer lounge which had complementary coffee and bottled water. The lounge was huge with comfortable seats and tables. I’ve been in smaller nightclubs. Noticed that my vehicle was up on the rack rather quickly, but seemed to take a little while before it was ready. They did a complete vehicle check over, including the other tires ( tread depth & pressure), fluids, visual brake checks and resetting of the tps for the repaired tire. Brought my car here for the first time because the shop I usually go to is closed on Sunday and Pep Boys conveniently scheduled me in for a same day appointment. I was impressed with the cost of labor, parts and service from a corporate shop. Received a better price for service needed than I could’ve expected anywhere else in the area. Will return for honest and professional service from Service Manager, Benjamin. This manager was able to provide a couple discounts aside from available coupons seen online. Found this to be great customer service in efforts to make me a returning customer. Highly recommend and greatly appreciate their service here. Will definitely trust them with future repairs and general maintenance.

I brought my 2020 RAV4 to Pep Boys to diagnose and fix my driver-side window. The service supervisor told me they could source the part and repair it same day. After their diagnostic, they said the issue was the regulator. When I went back to pick up my car, not only was the window still not fixed, but now my driver-side automatic locking system is broken — something that worked perfectly fine before I dropped it off. The problem only affects the same door they worked on, which makes the timing very suspicious. When I pointed this out, the service manager acted unsure of how this could have happened and offered no real solution.
