I had an outstanding experience at Pep Boys in Dacula, Georgia. I brought a truck in for a pre-purchase 120-point inspection, and the service I received was exceptional from start to finish. Alan and Lee were incredible to work with. We spoke several times throughout the day as they carefully went through my concerns and the details of the inspection. They never skipped a beat and stayed engaged with me the entire time, making sure I understood everything they were seeing and recommending. ⭐☆☆☆☆ We had a very disappointing experience with Pep Boys in Dacula. We purchased and had new tires installed in December 2025. Shortly after the installation, we began hearing noticeable brake noise coming from the driver’s side of the vehicle. In January, we brought the car back to Pep Boys specifically to ask about the brake noise. They denied any responsibility or wrongdoing related to the tire installation and claimed there were no brake issues caused or overlooked during their service. They then provided us with a quote for brake replacement that exceeded $1,400. What was most alarming was that the estimate listed remanufactured brake components for a 2024 vehicle, which is unacceptable at that price point and raises serious safety concerns. I brought my carvana purchase in for the 120pt inspection while still in my return window. I was satisfied that the inspection only found that the vehicle needed an alignment, which they performed. I was appreciative that they didn’t find random things wrong with the vehicle just to make a buck, but also gave it a thorough inspection for my peace of mind. I would use them again.

Do not take your vehicle here for any reason. I brought my jeep in for a repair and had to go back a week later because it wasn't done right. They 'fixed it' and then my vehicle started ticking so I went back again. They told me my entire engine would need to be replaced but they were the ones that broke it. They took no accountability and don't even try corporate because they won't help either. My vehicle was there over a month while it was being "investigated" by their insurance team. I refused to let them replace the engine because they had already messed up so badly and wants 10k to do it. When I had it towed to another shop yet had completely misdiagnosed my issue and it was not my engine at all, it cost me less than $1,000 to get fixed. I fully believe this whole thing was a scam

Went in for an oil change on Christmas eve morning. Called on the way there to see how busy they were. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Got there 20 minutes later. Again...told hour and a half wait. OK by me. Anyhow... they pulled my truck in in under 5 minutes. I was paying and leaving in roughly 1 hour. Under promised and over delivered. I like it.
