Great service but long waits on the weekend. Came in for oil change appointment at 10:30am on a Sat. Left around 1:30pm. Quoted price $110 for full synthetic on a 2010 sedan. Definitely look for manager discounts. Again, service is great. Biju and Sergio are awesome reps. Just plan accordingly.

I had some tire issues over the weekend and after a really bad experience at discount tire I decided to go to Pep boys. Axel was so nice and helpful. He did not try to push me into new tires, instead he gave me all my options and ultimately it made sense to get new tires. He worked with the manager to find me the best deal, and coupons available. I am really happy with my new tires, and the excellent service I received today. I also got an excellent price on 4 brand new tires. I will definitely come back to this location.

Incredibly rude customer service. Took over 2 hours for a basic oil change. The manager Johnny was so rude and disrespectful and was aggressive towards me. This business model only survives because there is a lack of competition in the market. I will go to take 5 every time before coming here. Over priced and zero sense of urgency.

They did excellent job on my car, everything went smooth and fast, I am happy and we will be back for sure. Great service and excellent price, highly recommend this place, everyone was polite, nice, and professional. Thank You guys !

Engine light came on so took our car here, $500 and one day later, the light came back on. After looking up the engine light code and what they did online, it seems that their “solution” was obviously not going to fix the problem. So don’t take your car here - they won’t fix the issue and waste your time and money
