Best price and quality tires I found leading up to purchasing my 4 tires. Very courteous, friendly and timely experience with the staff. Both Thomas the friendly store manager, and Thomas the very capable and knowledgeable technician, delivered as promised, great service in the promised time frame. (Important Tip*** as in most cases, always best to make an appointment to expect this desired result). Thank you for a great early Saturday morning stress-free auto tire purchase experience. Shop manager Thomas and Cris the mechanic did a great job of explaining everything, and even showed me the old parts to assure me that the repair was needed. They explained everything thoroughly and didn’t make me feel dumb for not really understanding a lot lol. It was the first time anyone has done that for me. They were so cool and respectful that I will recommend this Pep Boys to everyone and they earned a customer for life. I can’t thank them enough for the work and the care they showed.

Suddenly needed tires due to road damage at 5 pm on a Saturday, just prior to vacation on Sunday. The guys came through for us and made it work and within a reasonable budget. A tremendous weight off our minds just as we, out of towners, got ready to leave on a cruise. Knowing it wasn’t hanging over our heads upon a Sunday return was YOOOGE!!

I took my car to the Pep Boys Davie location Monday morning to get new tires and to check my AC as soon as I walked in to drop off my car, I was greeted kindly and attentively. A service advisor was very patient and explaining to me my options for my car service and gave me their opinion on what would be best for my car service and was open and honest About how I should make the next steps to get my car service. Thank you and I appreciate that the information and the service I’ve taken my car to that location before and it was still always good attentive customer service and proper care for my car so I will be back for any other services that may come up.

I made it halfway down the street this morning before realizing I had a flat tire... with three kids who needed to get to school. Ugh! I happened to bring my car to the VW Dealership last weekend so I knew I needed new tires, rotors, brakes etc. My husband called several places this morning to price out tire options and ultimately we chose Pep Boys.
