Guys knew their stuff. I came in with a serious brake issue. I knew what was wrong, they confirmed it. I couldnt leave my car, had to wait. They got the parts delivered and knocked a front brake replacement, rotors and all in @ 3 hrs. Woulda been faster, but had to wait abit for parts to arrive. Brakes were shuddering before, now theyre like new... And under warranty. Note: always check online for discount coupons available. Manager was not aware there was one available for $75.00 off... Do due dilligence...

They are complete liars. I had my engine repaired, and when I paid, they said it was under warranty for one year. A month later, it broke down again. When I went back to them for warranty service, they demanded I pay a $100 diagnostic fee before they would provide warranty coverage.

Repair services at Pep Boys was satisfactory. However, the labor charge is over the top. I paid TWICE the cost for labor service than the cost of products - brake replacement labor cost $233.

They charged me for things I didn't need also forged signatures, I had to report it to the BAR(Bureal of automotive repairs) to do an investigation and they found them to be lying Richard Cervantes the manager watch out for him he lied about everything. But after the investigation and almost a year later I got a full refund back. Please be aware or just stay away from the pep boys in El Monte off of Garvey and Valley.

Came in for there manager special ! I went with the 105.00$ dollar synthetic special . And for free they check brakes and tires . My safety on the road is important.
