Pep Boys is a great alternative to taking your car to the dealer. The prices are much better, and the quality of work is phenomenal. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and convenient. I have saved thousands of dollars by going to Pep Boys instead of the dealer that overcharges everybody by thousands of dollars every single visit

I don’t live in Exton but, invariably, when I’m passing through my car breaks. That to say this is not my “home” shop. That said, I can’t believe how helpful and friendly these guys have been every single time I’ve limped my vehicle in without an appointment. I can only imagine how well they take care of people who give them the courtesy of scheduling an appointment! Thank you Brandon and team for helping me get down the road and for always being reasonable. Very impressed!

Quick alignment. Mounted new tires. Advised to stop back in couple days to recheck alignment. Used coupon on alignment. And year warranty so why not recheck. Fair market prices. But boy has Pep Boys changed. No longer parts store of years ago. In fact next door to parts store now. Whoa have times changed in my last 50 years of Pep Boys use. Now stuck with advance or AutoZone and neither one even compares to those childhood first car pep boys. Will be missed. Aligned my 2004 SSR and new tires. Last alignment at Pep Boys 2018 so last a good amount of time. And better yet my Continental tires where is discontinued so upgraded from those which I brought with me to be mounted. Yep Pep Boys even mounts tires they don't sell. Great deal again. All in all got done what was needed. One warranty now

I wanted to make an appointment at my regular Pep Boys in West Chester, but found they had closed up shop and left town without a word. The Exton Pep Boys is only about 10 minutes further north and I gave them a try. So glad I did. Spacious, modern clean and comfortable. Much better than the West Chester garage ever was. Brandon at the desk was welcoming , easy going and professional. But as they say in Maine, "You can't get there from here." This Pep Boys cannot be accessed from Rte 100 north if you're coming from West Chester. You need to go to Swedesford Road and turn around. But I found a way to go through the parking lot of the Hobby Lobby /Kohl's shopping center, taking a left on Millers Way (after Deccans Flavors) and taking the 2nd right drive into the back of their parking lot. Ea

Had my car inspected and its oil changed. Service was quick and completed while I waited. It was the first time I was at this facility and I was happy with the service.
