I went in today for a over due repair of my CV axels and bearings. Catherine really helped us out, along with Jerry who fixed the car. It was a super fast fix, and was expecting to get it by Saturday and I got it at the end of the day from turning it in around 9am. Very grateful for them for the years of service they have provided our family over the years with things like this and oil changes.

Brought in our Honda CRV for a check up on the AC since it stopped blowing cold a couple weeks ago. Heather and Kat were so helpful and Heather was so patient with me and my endless questions. They were very fair and transparent about the pricing and were able to get the job done a day early due to some extra care and effort on their part. Jerry even showed us some of the debris from our condenser (pictured) and walked us through any future issues to keep an eye out for to avoid a big fix later. Not our first experience at this shop and it won't be our last! Can't recommend them enough.

Absolute scam artists. These guys here replaced my alternator a few months back, and charged me extra for a “DIY fix” because a bolt came loose. I was okay with this, but it came out to around $700 to replace an alternator, which is crazy since I SUPPLIED THE ALTERNATOR. Anyways, a few months go by and I start having alternator problems again, and come to find out that there was an oil leak affecting my alternator, and that’s why it kept breaking down. Well that would’ve been nice to know from the professionals I hired to fix my alternator, and who definitely saw the problem with the oil leak (this wasn’t the first time it broke down from the oil leak, like I said I’d already done DIY repairs, and they’d charged to fix it which means they definitely would’ve seen the oil leak.) but that’

Came to location and told tech I needed terminals to battery changed. They convinced me I didn’t and would just clean them up. When went to pay, asked if they checked my battery and they stated yes, it was good. Two days later, my car was dead again and took to a mechanic they stated terminals were not cleaned up well enough and battery going bad. I had terminals replaced cus that’s what I originally wanted. Called location and they stated they’d give refund; when returned to location they stated manager not in to give refunds. Save your money, time, and energy and take your vehicle to a real mechanic
