Worst auto shop experience ever!!! I got work done on my 2011 Toyota Tundra at the Kings Canyon location and received it in worst shape than I took it in for. I went in originally because my passenger side shocks had a minor leak. This leak was brought to my attention a month prior by Wheel King, who was rotating my tires. I was originally quoted $850 upon the inspection, but the final price was $2614.08 with parts and labor. I was originally told I only needed to repair the suspension and that Pep Boys has to replace the suspension on both sides, they cannot only do one. Upon further inspection, the Manager, Mark Cypert said I needed new struts even though my truck only has 78,000 miles. I was never shown any pictures or videos of these damaged parts, but the Manager insisted I get the up

From 3 tire shops I called, Tim at Pep Boys had the most welcoming approach and I decided to come here. The service provided was great I really appreciate him helping me out with getting my tires fixed and an oil change. I’ll be coming back, thank you. Happy Sunday!

They had great customer service, they spoke very respectfully. They helped me with any questions I had Concerning my dad’s Lincoln navigator. The Manager Mark was a really cool Individual, he helped me by getting me a number to a guy who does mobile key service, because my key broke. I really appreciate Vanessa‘s professionalism. She was very sweet respectful and she showed that she had a lot of concern for what’s going on with our vehicle and us. All in all, I give them a thumbs up and five star review because of how professional this Pep Boys has been everybody’s been great there. Everybody is cool and I appreciate all the work that you’ve done thank you.

I went in because my car was shaking, and I was dreading the thought of what it could potentially be with the mechanical part of my car as I drive a Mercedes so parts can be pricey. Tim, One of the managers on duty greeted me, and my car was taken back almost immediately to be checked, and within what felt like a few minutes, Tim informed me of the findings; There was a large hole in one of the tires And the tread was showing on the back tires, which was surprising because they were new tires when I purchased the car not too long ago. My tires were replaced the same day for a really good rate and was serviced on top of the tire change. The service was professional, honest, reasonably priced and fast service. For that reason, I will forever choose Pep Boys as my go to auto service.

Went in yesterday because I had a tire that kept going low. When I got there I was greeted promptly with a smile and Goodmoring. Mark the manager got me checked in with ease ended up getting new tires because they were so worn down but not only that but they went above and beyond and noticed my brakes were very low. There level of concern for me and my kids safety is outstanding!!!! Will definitely be sending all my friends and family! SHOUT OUT TO MARK AND TIM ON KINGS CANYON
