Kevin is THE BEST! I have followed him from store to store. He is very knowledgeable and speaks in a kind manner. I drive 30 minutes in the wrong direction to have car maintenance work done at the location he is at. I know I can trust him and he is up front with what needs to be done. My car needed an odd filter and he was able to order it and get everything done in a very reasonable amount of time.
Picked desired tires online and made an appointment. Easy process to drop off and just waited at the facility. They stayed under the given time for replace and aligned 4 tires. Overall, great service. Would visit again.
Pep Boys had the best price for the tires we purchased. The staff was friendly & informative about the process of replacing our tires. It took a lil over an hour, which is about average for changing out 4 tires. Just a happy camper. 😜😜😂
