Excellent service! Highly recommend this Pep Boys. ​I came here for a car inspection and a battery replacement. They weren't too busy, so the work was finished much faster than I expected, which was great. ​A huge shout-out to John—he was incredibly friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything clearly and offered a very fair price. I actually stopped by the Jiffy Lube across the street, but they were quite rude. If you live in the area, I highly recommend this Pep Boys! ​

​I visited for a battery replacement and an Uber inspection. The manager, Jon, was incredibly kind and gave me a thorough explanation. The battery price was very reasonable, and the service was so fast and convenient. Don’t bother going to the Jiffy Lube across the street—come straight to Pep Boys. You’ll be impressed by their service, fair pricing, and friendly guidance at this location!

I could not have asked for a friendlier or better service. I was kept informed by texts and phone calls for the whole duration of my service. Transparency of the repair was followed thru with pictures and documentation. Price was communicated from the beginning and no unexpected surprises ever. Great place, highly recommendable.

This Pep Boys deserves 10 stars ! I’m so grateful I landed here after the dealership claimed my tire nail was unrepairable ! From the get go when I called John was EXTREMELY kind and knowledgeable ! I was greeted immediately and accommodated quickly ! The gentleman working on the tire heard my concerns and was able to resolve my troubles SWIFTLY ! While waiting John was up at the front taking care of other customers and this man has such great report with everyone , such a funny guy. The cost to repair my tire was UNBEATABLE as was the service. They have gained a long standing customer from me and high recommendations to others should it be needed ! Thank you Pep Boys !

Battery and wiper blade replacement took less then an hour. I don't remember ever having to wait more then 2 hours at this location, yet have heard others waiting on parts that are/were back ordered, but still they are good at keeping you up to date on their progress. Thanks Sonny!!
