Wesley was a great person to meet on a Saturday morning. Lazaro exchanging for my tires were expedient. I was surprised to be out of shop within 1 hour. GREAT SERVICE!!

Scam alert. My wife reported a electrical fault. The representative said the battery is bad and replacement is +$400. The battery is under warranty and tested good at the original vendor. I cleaned the battery terminals and all is well. I won't be back.

The employees at Pep Boys were so amazing!! They helped me with my car on a Sunday when I needed an alternator replacement. I didn’t think anyone was going to be able to do it and they helped me and made sure it got done and even stayed after little after hours to ensure I had my car back in time to go to work.
