Tire blew out on northern state and i was able to get into these guys and they took care of it 1,2,3. A bit of a wait but considering i had rolled in on a flat no appointment i was taken care of pretty fast. Staff and technician where nice and helpful and they lounge was nice

These guys are awesome! 😎….excellent service and newly remodeled store. I got a flat that was SO bad I had to call AAA and then drove with the spare (which was also broken) to the store…and David and team stayed till after 8 pm to help get a new tire. Forever grateful! 🥹

I went to Pep Boys for the second time to get my tires rebalanced because my car would shake at 65mph. And PepBoys held my car for over 6 hours when they said the entire process should be about 2-3 hours. They gave my car back and it ended up being even worse than when I gave it. The car shakes at even earlier speeds and now I have to take it to a more sophisticated and proper repair shop. It was honestly very disappointing to receive this type of service from such a known establishment. I even called a representative of this location to get some reasoning for the worsened condition of my car, and he was very dismissive of my serious issue and just said "come down and we'll talk from there". Where I got bad experience place. I asked basic simple job “fix flattened tire”. Waiting 5 hours for nothing, they never give me why it delayed, and sorry. They keep ask me just wait. Please think twice, it save your vulnerable time so much. Thank you.

My car was recently service at Pep Boys on Old Country Road in Hicksville. They treated me amazing. Daniel who took my information. His customer skills are grest. Exactly what it takes to keep your customers coming back. He is very professional and patient. I asked a million questions and Daniel answered a million times. Daniel explained the recommeded repairs. Where i fully understood. My wait time was not long, the reception and restroom was very clean. I have now made that location 15 Old Country Road the shop to go to! Thank you
