The guys here were kind and very honest. I came in to have my brake pads changed due to recommendation from another reputable auto shop. The other auto shop wanted to charge me $650 for rear brake pads and rotors. After checking my car and driving it, pep boys provided me with ample reasons why I did not in fact needs brake pads nor rotors. Thank you for your honesty and not trying to rip people off. I did get some other work done at pep boys which was great experience I would like to add , I had someone else look at my car as well as a 3rd opinion and they agreed that I did not need pads nor rotors.

These guys are life savers!!!!! Came to get my tires replaced because they were so bad. They also suggested an oil change which was the cause of some of my lights on my dash. Thank you for all your patience and getting it done so I can get back on the road. Evon was so amazing at explaining things to me and helping get my car situated.

I absolutely love this location, best place to get your car serviced. They have you in and out quick, no hassle, no extra charges, no long wait time. Evon was really great at answering my questions and understanding the services he did on my car.

I have been taking my cars here since 2022 and would not take them any other place. I have European cars and even when I have to take them to the dealer, the dealer is amazed at how well my cars have been maintained and I owe that all to the staff at Pep Boys Hiram location. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I am a customer for life and even if I move out of the area, I will make that drive to have my cars serviced, I trust them that much and confident in the work they do.

Took my car in for a re-balance after another shop didn't do such a great job. Will and Johnny made sure my car was riding smooth! I will definitely be returning to the Hiram location when I need anything done to the car! Thank you!
