The technician Noah went above and beyond to help, did more than he probably gets paid to do and was so polite. Great job Noah! He needs a raise and all you people out there remember to tip your service technicians, yeah you’re paying a lot but the company is pocketing all that these guys are doing the dirty nasty work no one else wants to do for hardly anything so give them a tip when they do good and get you out quickly

Warning, take your auto elsewhere !! went in for an alignment on 01-08-26. and after a long wait, 0700 to 1000 then revisit from 1700 to 1900 to get steering dialed into alignment, they could NoT align, discussed with at time supervisor and was assured a refund on 01-09-26 upon arrival of manager the next day. Needless to say manager denied refund and claimed fraudulent excuses not to refund unsuccessful alignment. Personal craftsmanship is impeccable in trying to be honest and workmanship; however Manager is unprofessional in resolving and adhering to the Quality Pepboys Reputation. I have escalated refund request to corporate, (303092) I leave this here in advisory notice to the heavy set Hispanic manager as he puts Pepboys Quality Expectations in shame.

I took my truck into pet boys for an alignment, they said they could do it. They got done with it, told me everything was good. I paid them and left. got in it to drive home. It's still pulled very badly to the right. I took it back the next day. They put it back on the machine, get it again. He told me I needed parts to be replaced, but everything with brand new underneath. The truck asked him to give me my money back. Since they could not do it right? They denied it. I took it to another shop. The next day, and they aligned it perfectly

Very unprofessional. Had a car waiting for 8 hrs just for a tire change. The crazy part is instead of telling me upfront that the work may not possibly be done so I can take the car somewhere else they just kept gaslighting me. Then the customer service rep let a family member drive up and skip my car for service.

Probably the 4th shop I’ve came to in a week. Instead of giving me the runaround, wasting time & giving me high prices for things I don’t need…. This shop was literally a life saver. No hassle, no lies & very quick & friendly. Gabriel will definitely be my go to from now on. The only shop/employee that didn’t take advantage of me or my wallet & just satisfied my needs. Thank you, Gabriel & Pep Boys!!!!!!!!
