These people did me so damn dirty! Everytime I took my car to get fixed they charged me a damn arm and a leg. And there was always new problem! I took my car to an honest mechanic and he found damages and broken pieces on my engine! It was so bad. Do not come to pep boys! Find an honest and fair mechanic, these people are a scam.

This Pep Boys location has been my go-to for years. The staff always treats me right and takes great care of my truck. They’re quick, friendly, and cost-efficient, and I can always rely on them for quality service.

Incompetence at its finest. I had an alignment plan lasting a year stating I could take my vehicle in at any time during that year to get an alignment done as many times as I’d like. And in a spectacular fashion I never once got to use this plan because every time I would go to a PEP BOYS they would state that the machine was down, broken, or getting updated. And if it wasn’t for that reason they would tell me the technician who knows how to use the machine is not available currently. I went to multiple PEP BOYS and they all gave me the runaround. Horrible service DEFINITELY will not be coming back EVER.

Clean place and somewhere to sit, watch TV and charge your phone. Not busy at all so my oil change was done in 30-40min. Why I give them only ⭐⭐? Welp...I asked for their 120 point inspection and I was DENIED the service because my vehicle looked to be in "rough condition". Is that a new mechanical term? I drove my vehicle in. It wasn't towed. It turns on/off without any assistance. I paid $106.89 for a 10W30 Pennzoil synthetic oil change. Nothing from the "complimentary vehicle inspection" was explained. They didn't even try to up sell me on new wiper blades. Should have gone to Jiffy Lube where they inspect key components with EVERY oil change and they check and fill your vehicle.

Horrible customer service. Every time I book an appointment with this location as I’m on the way there, they call to cancel. Always have some type of excuse, makes this location look like it’s only lazy workers there. If you want fast, reliable, professional service go to the location in Inglewood. They haven’t failed me yet! Sucks I have to driver farther from my home to atleast get serviced.
