I took my car in for an oil change, after the oil was changed, I paid and exited the store. I looked under my car to see if they replaced my engine guard properly and I noticed oil pouring from around it. I jumped up and cut the car off. The technician ask, what’s wrong. I told him the issue and then proceeded to go tell the manager. As I was explaining the problem to the manager, one tech got in the car and was about to start it when the other tech yelled “ Don’t start the car”. At this point the manager went out side, had some words with them that I could not hear and they pushed it back into the bay. After about 15 minutes the manager came out and explained to me what happened. He was very professional and apologetic in his statement. I was very upset, knowing i could’ve lost my engine,

Walk in service for oil change. Andrew was very helpful and accommodating to work me in for an oil change! Left it with him, got a phone call when it was done. All very good! Used a coupon to get a great price!

The service was excellent until I began having issues. They never own up to mistakes and refuse to fix or correct any work or products, such as tires, that they fails. After working on my car and getting the service light to go off, it soon popped back on. They would not check out the issue to see if the issue was from work that was already, recently, completed. And, after being told my tires were not in need of work, they changed the information days later and sold me three bad tires. One of the tires has a knot or bulge in it and another tire, began going flat right after I brought the car in for them to look at the tire with a bulge in it. These guys are careless, a little hateful and they disregard your concerns. They do not focus on nor do they care about your safety on the highway

I am greatly appreciative of Rod’s (the location’s manager) help with getting an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance! He was friendly and went above and beyond while I was there for the scheduled appointment. Definitely plan to be back at this location again!

Bad with lies & misunderstanding tire ratings. 1.i ordered AA traction tires & when the came in & installed, they were a single A rated tire. They were "confused. 2. They said i had a bad axle on the front so i had them show me, only to find it was in PERFECT condition. THEY LIED. I have not been back since that incident in several years and never will. Now theyve advised over $3,000 alleged work to be done for my niece but im sure its a very minor repair & will fix it in the driveway today. Tgey cannot be trusted to tell the truth.
