They went above and beyond to fix the problems they encountered while changing the oil in my car ensuring that they didn’t exceed what I could afford. I'm always paying it forward and this is my Karma coming back to me in my time of need. Thank you for your service from the second that you picked up my call to schedule the oil change until I left the parking lot with my car was the best customer service I haven't seen in too long. Stay original from your outstanding customers service all the way through to your service. You have my business and I hope others will read this and know that they're making the right choice.

I walked in and got right in without an appointment. The staff was very helpful and explained what I needed done and a time frame. It took a little longer than quoted but I feel it was due to the age of my vehicle.

They did a used car check on a car I was considering purchasing. Tyler was able to fit me in at short notice and did an affordable quick check, identifying key issues with the car so I could make an informed purchase. Highly recommend them and doing this service before purchasing a used car.

I came in for an oil change/ tire rotation and was in and out quickly. The service was excellent and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend Pep Boys to anyone! :)

Took my Ford Escape in for a new battery. Battery was installed and works so far. (I gave a star for that.) Today I went to use my windshield wipers only to find they had been taken off during the installation and put back on incorrectly causing them to slam into each other. In order to remove the wipers, the tool used left scratches and grooves on my black plastic vent cover which sits under my windshield and over my battery. That piece was also reinstalled off from it's original spot, now allowing water underneath and to enter at the edges which are not sitting flush anymore. I wouldn't return for any other service. I now need to visit my regular mechanic and have him fix these 2 issues. An unnecessary cost.
