Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at pep boys. My dad took my car out here for a simple tire rotation, only to find out they never did it at all. Instead they had him sit there for 2 hours and in the end they only did a vehicle inspection. It was a waste of time. We bought 4 tires from them and their policy said they do tire rotations for free if we purchase from them. They should have communicated with us that they couldn’t do a tire rotation or at the least if they changed their policy and now charges for it then tell us. Their customer service is horrible and unprofessional. This is the third time that they’ve done this where they didn’t communicate and did a completely different service. This used to be my go to shop as a woman when Darius managed it and the other staff that didn’t knock women over the head with prices! I don’t know where Jeremy and the new staff came from but they need to return and bring Darius back from Sandy Springs. They have a lot more staff but it’s a whole lot of standing around and giggling! These grown men tried to charge me $400 for front brakes and $400 for the back brakes. 🤣 Darius would never. Darius never charged more and it wasn’t because it was trying to be nice, the man did his job and went home. Never trying to get over on people never trying to pocket extra money. These new associates are HORRIBLE. Ladies! I repeat do not give your money to Giggle Boys! That’s exactly what the staff is BOYS for sure! Smh!

When I initially took my car in for service, the was a mixup with the service that was performed, however I went back the next day and everything was corrected to my satisfaction. I had to return for additional service and the manager provided a credit for the previous week errors which significantly helped with the overall bill. I highly recommend and the manager and assistant managers are diligent in providing overall customer satisfaction.

We were on vacation, passing through and my Tahoe was losing air in a tire rapidly. My car was brand new. I was so worried. I found Pep boys and Kenneth explained my only option was a new tire due to the damage a screw did. Two hours later (they were busy and short handed) we were back on the road. I was so thankful and would highly recommend this place. Nice people!

Jason Goodwin was my rep and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and verbally let me know of their progress with my car. Thank him and his staff.
