Best decision ever! I was a bit skeptical and hesitant to go here when I noticed my tire was deflating rapidly because I usually only take my car to the dealership but with a flat tire, time is of the essence and Pep Boys was close by. I went in and Jake was so kind! They had my tire fixed and I was back on the road in no time! His customer service skills are so on point that for that reason alone, I will make this Pep Boys location my new go-to! I’ve been coming to Pep Boys for my car maintenance, and my experience has been especially positive since the current General Manager has been there. Their prices are reasonable, and the team is always helpful when explaining costs and working with you to find the best option. Recently, I had a stressful situation with a double flat tire. My car had to be towed to their location, and they were able to repair my tire the very next day. I truly appreciate how quickly they handled everything.
