I got TWO flats, separately, in the same day & Pep Boys was able to help me with both, at separate times, and still get me out same day. I appreciate their work ethic and customer service

My birthday was today and I had a blowout. As I gazed upon the bright lights and smiling faces of the one and only “Pep Boys”… I knew I was in good hands. Jorge - my knight in pep boy armor - assured me that by the end of the evening I would be riding away in a 4 wheeled many horse ride of my own. And by golly… he was right. Endlessly appreciated.

I had a great experience getting my brakes replaced at Pep Boys La Mirada. Robert went out of the way to help me with the entire process. Robert was very kind and understanding of my budget constrains and did everything possible to help me! I would definitely visit again for any car servicing needs.

I asked for an oil change at 10am today and asked for 2 wipers to be changed. And I asked what time to finish this job. They said they'd call. There was no call. I called him at 3:30 p.m. and he said he hadn't even touched it yet. I want to ask him what he did for five and a half hours. I asked for my car key, and I came back. He didn't even say sorry.

Jorge and Manny always go above and beyond in service. Been here multiple times for tire and brake service, and these guys know what there doing. They aren't trying to upsell you, they simply lay out the recommendations based on your car and let you decide. They are also very patient.
