Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I took my girlfriend's 2019 Nissan Sentra to PepBoys in Lake Worth to get two new front tires and a wheel alignment. When the mechanics removed the front tires, they immediately noticed that the discs were worn to almost nothing. That prompted them to remove one of the rear tires to check the brake pads. I'm so glad they did. There was literally nothing left on the pads. (On that car, the front has disc brakes and on the rear there are drum brakes). So, Pep Boys gave me a very fair price to also do all the brakes including new rotors. (Evidently, cars are now designed so that rotors no longer get turned but must be replaced. Oh well...) The mechanics knew what they were doing (two guys worked on the car) and they were done with everything in about an hour and a half. All the work the

Great experience at Pep Boys Lake Worth! They handled my new tire installation, alignment, and TPMS sensors quickly. The car feels solid on the road, and the free inspection gave me some extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Trash! Complete trash! Stay away from odering anything with this company Online ordering is a mess , everything says in stock and nothing is in stock at store location. They claim its at their warehouse and you need 3-5 days to pick it up. They claim you didn't pay but put your money on "hold" so your held hostage in-between of not paying but them taking your money so when you find out you have no tire waiting for you at store location in emergency you need lay out another 175.00 for a tire from a more smarter competent tire/ auto place. Straight trash this pep boys company. Its time they went out of business.

This pepboys by far is the most knowledgeable and has the best service out there. I rent with buggy car rental for work and Ive experienced multiple car issues with them. After multiple mechanics Karell and Bernardo along with other staff were able to locate the issue I had for over 3 months in less than 5 mins and everyone else could not find anything. Shout out to pepboys Lake Worth you all were a big help to me, thank you.

I got a new pair of tires and after I installed some place else because the car was on repairs one of the tires was defected from factory and they didn't changed because was not installed with them; when they know that the manufactor got warranty for that kind of situation. Don't buy from them they do not care about the customers.
