Technician Moi was awesome he was very friendly and had great customer service. Me and my family got a flat tire on a Sunday I put my spare Donut tire on and it only made it 5 miles before it was flat so I hitched a ride to Pep Boys tire in hand and they were able to get me a new tire Mounted and balance in 15 minutes before they closed
Great service. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly and super helpful. I had 2 tires replaced on my work vehicle. Will come back for other services om my other vehicles.
I made an appt for an oil change and a slow leaking tire. I was out of there in 1 hour. Service was excellent and quick. Pricing was also competetive. I will definitely be returning.
Horrible experience overcharged for parts not necessary. Charged over $1000 for just the rear brakes. When I left my rear passenger brakes were smoking because they did not properly inspect or test drive the vehicle upon completion. Then to top it off my vehicle was left unlocked also. Totally unprofessional and I will never go to this Pep Bous to service anything. My brakes are still not right but I refuse to go back there ever again. I am actually filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid their service center at all costs!
Came in for warranty work on brakes that was never corrected. The current manager, how to route and indignant and demeaning attitude. And apparently wasn't aware of what carse had or what was being performed. Although a test drive had been performed and it was found that the front rotors and pads.Although new were defective, he said there was nothing wrong with my car and is perfectly drivable. I brought it back because we almost had an accident.Due through the brakes and almost seriously injured my wife and I. The current manager was indifferent and trigger to me as though I was trying to get over on him.In some way. That was the first time I met him.
