Nice staff that took care of installing a stud that I bought at another store and getting everything working again. I went to a couple of other places around town and they didn’t offer this service, so I was glad to have been able to make an appointment and be there early the next morning.

The manager and staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. No aggressive up-selling tactics. I got tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Discount Tire should take notes. I will be buying my tires from Pep Boys from now on.

I had a mechanic I paid to have work done on my truck it was not done correctly and it could have blown my engine. With a team including Dominic Anthony and everyone else they made sure my truck was fixed correctly this time they did it in a timely fashion and they made my experience very easy for me and my two dogs that waited for my truck to be fixed I couldn't and can't thank you guys enough for this experience and what they did or how they were able to expedite my situation I'm very pleased and thankful for the help. I was traveling down south and had all my coolant leak out. Pep Boys was 71 miles away and the closest place open Saturday afternoon and on Sunday, so I got towed there. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle in about 4 hours. They lose a star because checking my coolant when I got home showed it was well below the minimum. I'd assume they'd know it would drop and would've removed any air, so they either skipped that step, didn't fill it up properly in the first place, or it's leaking again. Luckily, they do offer a warranty on parts and labor. I don't think it's leaking though.

I am extrmely satified with Pep Boys who did an effective job on my KIA. The customer service was effective and rapid.
