10/10. I’m a brand. new but now loyal customer. This was a great. So much better than the dealer in Queens where I purchased the car and always have to wait all day even if I bring car in at 8am. Here with new tires and oil change and state inspection I was I and out in 2 hours. They also give you a link to follow your car’s progress. They also provide a list of other services you may consider or will need in “nearish” future but it’s not a high pressure scare you sort of thing. I’ll definitely come back to Peep Boys for that. I wish I knew the name of the man at the counter who checked me in and told me about other services and processes payment at the end. He had a chill vibe but inspires confidence with his knowledge. There is a small but very clean, and comfortable waiting room

Rey was absolutely extraordinary in helping us. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything our car needed in a clear and honest way, which made us feel confident and informed about the work being done. He even helped me apply my NYU discount, which I truly appreciated. I honestly was not a fan of Pep Boys before this experience, but service from professionals like Rey has completely changed my perspective. Because of him, I will be returning next week for additional work on my car—and I can confidently say I’m now a lifelong Pep Boys customer

I went for a wheel and steering alignment, and paid $30,00 to get my steering wheel column centered. This was not done. While driving straight. The steering wheel need to be adjusted to the left side. So disgusting, because I do not have the necessary time in my schedule to be going back and forth to get something done, which should be done properly in the first place. Please train your your technicians to stop taking short cuts. This is poor management.

Called in for 2 Tires. The person on the phone said they have the size for 80$ a piece. Said okay and told them I will arrive in 20 minutes. Keep in mind I took the wheels down and brought only the wheels. The advisor told me the one that are rated for my vehicle cheaper ones are 120$ a piece. I asked if that includes mounting and balancing and he said yes. Tried to pay before the work was done and he said pay at the end. When they finished was over 360$. They added mounting and a lot of other fees. I’ll not go there or next time I’ll pay before the job was done
