DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. Went for a simple nail in my tire. They tried to tell me it was impossible to fill the hole and tried to get me to buy a brand new set of tires. Went to Bridgestone and they did the repair for $30 dollars. Never going here again. All they try to do is lie to you and up charge on the service

1 year update. I took my tacoma here for new tires, alignment, oil change, transmission fluid service, new rear shocks. I got my truck back, tires out of alignment, steering wheel is off center, TPMS light on. I took it back up there a second time, he tried to charge me for my TPMS sensors, told me to come get my truck. Alignment was still off, TPMS sensors still gone. Called to file a complaint and I got a secretary who took my message to send to a claims manager. Never heard back from anybody. $2,500 later and now I need an alignment, new front tires, and TPMS sensors. Basically I left with worse problems than I arrived with. This seems to be common knowledge among parts houses and other mechanics I’ve spoken to about this. Pep boys, you owe me two front tires, an alignment, and four TP

I went in without an appointment for an oil change on a Friday morning. Xavier, the Service Writer, was courteous and professional, and wrote me up right away. Even though they were busy, they managed to get me in to the shop fairly quickly. Because it was the first time my vehicle was there, they had their 'A' tech, Jeff, do a thorough inspection to ensure there were no issues. He (they) created and printed a detailed report for me, showing me that everything looks good right now. They made some suggestions for potential future maintenance items, and provided me with a written estimate. They kept me informed at every step as to what was going on with my vehicle, and even got me finished within 2 hours! Overall, I am very happy with my service experience here and will recommend this plac

My car shut off three times while I was driving this morning I pulled into Pep Boys because thankfully it was right next to where my car was shutting down, They took me immediately tested the battery/Then did a more advanced diagnostic… Took their time And was able to get my car back on the road and I’m so thankful to Xavier & Jeffrey & the manager for EVERYTHING. They were all so amazing! Great communication! I will 100% come back and recommend everyone that I know!!!!!

Needed service on my car, followed my favorite manager, Roland, to the store from the casselberry store due to his excellent customer service. Had a tech named Carson work on my car, he was professional, knowledgeable and got my car done in a timely manner so I could get back on the road. Great location, great customer service.
