Had an amazing experience here. Ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them sent here for installation. My tires arrived early and they were able to move my appointment and squeeze me in. Got the job done quickly and done well. I want to call out Myron in particular. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable. You can tell he really loves his job.

Had four new tires mounted and balanced. Tech added more weights to existing weights, even stacked weights. This means the tire and wheel balance points were not lined up when mounting. They also should have removed the old weights. Stacking weights is a red flag that it was not done properly. Tech also created a large deep gash inside one of the wheels that cut my hand when I removed it. Will need to have the tires removed and remounted properly and rebalanced. No alignment was offered or performed either. Had to get an alignment done which I did at another shop. It’s highly recommended to do an alignment when you change all four tires. Service advisor seemed like he had been smoking and moving slow. He couldn’t remember who I was when I returned for my car and the tech had to reminded h

💪 5 Star Service. I went to have the battery replaced in my Benz which is strategically located under the passenger seat. I was not sure if Pep Boys could handle the task. However, Mr Myron made me 100% secure that his technicians were skilled for the procedure. The service tech, Mr Hayes, completed the job under the estimated wait time and I was out in a flash. I appreciate the managers time and giving his word to assure excellent service. His positive energy raises the bar for this location.

I had a flat tire with glass in it and needed a new tire. I spoke with Myron on the phone before I stopped by. When I got to the shop, Myron was very welcoming and helpful. Said my car would be ready in 45 minutes and that was true. I would go back to this Pep Boys shop if I needed my tires replaced again.
