Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I am sharing this publicly because I have been without a vehicle since November 8th, and Pep Boys has still not provided a single written update, inspection, or resolution—despite multiple promises from their customer relations team. After Pep Boys Marlow Heights (Store #0073) installed new tires on my 2007 Toyota Camry, my car immediately developed rubbing noises and visible tire damage that did not exist prior to their service. My vehicle has been unsafe to drive ever since. I followed every step they gave me. I contacted them repeatedly. I sent photos, emails, and documentation. I even told them my phone was broken and asked for written communication so everything could be documented. They ignored that and still never reached out. Reasonable prices. Service time as decent with an appointment. Service waiting are looks under construction and there are no bathrooms are vending machines while you wait.

What a breath of fresh air it was for me at PepBoys on 9/31. Ms. Jackson took very good care of me starting with my call to her for tire prices, setting up the appointment to come in, starting paperwork upon my arrival, and assuring me while I was in the waiting room it would not take long for the service to be completed. She was so right! The mechanic (Michael I.) was very attentive to the service he was providing to my vehicle, organized, and spoke professionally about my vehicle's future needs. The Manager (K. Augustus) was welcoming and friendly. The environment was neat and nice. I will be back soon.

This was my first time at Pepboys on St Barnabas Road. The service was professional and efficient. Neco is welcoming when you enter the office and makes you feel comfortable and walks you through every step of the process. Michael the person who actually put the tires on came to the office let me know of some other things that maybe needed on my car. I could tell he was very knowledgeable. And then there is Khalil the manager who wraps up the service and makes one feel like I will return again because of the great customer service. Job well done Guys!!!!!!! Thank You

Neco & Riquan were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Neco was able to schedule me for an oil change immediately, which was extremely helpful due to my tight schedule constraints today. I was very appreciative of this at such short notice. The technician took his time and was very thorough with the oil change and inspection. Thanks again! I will definitely be coming back to this facility in the future for all of my maintenance and services. 5 star customer service!
