Great job guys you got my car in and out in no time. Went above and beyond for sure. Sad the store is no longer open. I was hoping to grab a couple things while I waited I would like to respond to another post another customer posted on here about their A/C compressor. When your A/C compressor is replaced and the refrigerant is evacuated it doesn't go back in. Why? You may ask. Because when your compressor failed it contaminated all the oil and refrigerant that was in the system. So in protecting their work and your parts new clean refrigerant must be added. This goes for your house buisness or car. You don't change your oil filter on your car and put back the same oil do you? I would have liked to send this to the person whom posted it but that option wasn't available. So this goes out

The service here is great. I was assisted by Gustavo who went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He was very kind and walked me through everything regarding my cars brakes. On top of that, this place has a nice waiting room with a tv, bathroom, coffee, and a charging station for customers. I am happy with how my car came out and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Hey I just had my car towed there on late Monday not starting I have 2018 Chevy Equinox starter always stopping and starting. Thought could be battery they quickly diagnose stater would I've had it done on Monday night but I had Silver Rock warranty had to call them .Picked up Tuesday early. I'm a Uber and Lyft driver I definitely found a home for keeping up on vehicle. I will be buying tires there at end of November. Kept me well informed. It's the shop in Merced, they are classy and very professional and efficient. Shops can learn from these guys everybody has class there Thank you!

The service experience felt lax and uncaring. Rep was courteous but clearly told me that rear break was hard to access so they won’t do any inspection on it. Final report did not include inspection results for battery, brakes or anything. I was verbally told that my engine air filter was “fine” (it’s a miracle given that it has never been changed for 15 years), but my cabin filter needs immediate replacement ($45). I feel a little suspicious about whether they operate under a “make a quick buck” business model. The manager’s special at $130 + $45 cabin filter makes me feel unsatisfied.
