Great service! Came on a Sunday morning and got my front brake pads replaced & brake fluid exchanged - took just over an hour from the moment I handed over my keys. Pricing was much better than what Toyota dealership quoted me as well. My service rep, Steven, was excellent - very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!

I asked the staff member (Anthony)to please be honest and transparent. To ask the mechanic to please show me the parts he was going to replace. Also to please check if there was no need to replace some parts to please be let me know since I just want to replace the ones that are in the need of replacement because i did not want to spend more money. which he did let me know. Overall I'm very happy with the service.

I had all four tires and the brake pads replaced for my Mazda CX-5 (Carbon), and I’m very happy with the service. The team was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. I already had Michelin tires in mind, and that’s exactly what they recommended without me even mentioning it. I really appreciate their honesty and expertise. The work was done quickly, and my car feels great now. Highly recommend this location, excellent service and great people! PS: they not only honored my coupons, they told me about a rebate on the tires that I didn’t knew

Honest guys, Brayan is the man and checked out my car quickly, then told me I needed to go to a specialty shop to get the job done instead of attempting and charging me for work they aren’t equipped for. Have been coming here for simple checks / fixes for a few years and usually have a great experience.

WARNING – Pep Boys will lure you in with attractive coupons and discounts, but then fail to honor them. On September 4, 2025, I took my car to this store specifically because Pep Boys’ website advertised a “$9.99 A/C Service Evaluation with Coupon.” I presented the coupon before any service was performed and was told it would be applied at checkout. After inspecting my vehicle, the staff informed me that the A/C compressor was faulty and recommended I take it to the dealership for repair. I was then given an invoice totaling $58.83 for an A/C System Evaluation. This charge was completely inconsistent with the clear representation on Pep Boys’ website and the coupon I presented. When I questioned why the store was not honoring the coupon, the representative attempted to contact his manag
