Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Juan at Pep Boys gave me excellent customer service and was able to answer all my questions. The service was quick and reasonably priced. There is also an O'Reilly next door in case you need any other car parts.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys getting my tires replaced. I ordered the tires online through Tire Agent (not directly through Pep Boys), which made the process a little more challenging, but the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. I did have to come back later to get the tires rebalanced, and they didn’t hesitate at all — they were ready, willing, and extremely helpful in fixing the issue right away. Their customer service really stood out, and they made sure everything was done right. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude of the team. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone needing tire service.

I would recommend anyone to Pep Boys! I came in because I had a flat tire. Emil was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate his responsiveness to my situation. I didn’t have an appointment and he helped me promptly. Something to add is he’s cute too!

Emil is great, honest, kind and always tries to help me. I come here for regular oil changes, have replaced my tires here twice & other car services that I feel comfortable to get here. I once had a nail in my tire & they fixed it without charge. Truly appreciate the transparency, efficiency and customer service. Thank you so much for all that you do! I will continue to come here
