This team is the best! I took my car to the dealership and paid $350 for an inspection and came to here to have the parts needed installed. While they were doing the work, they did a free inspection and found coolant line issues even the dealer missed. Their prices are amazing, the new facility is state brand new, but their team of employees who truly care will be the reason I return when I have issues. Highly recommend this experience and team who went above and beyond, specifically Jessica who was out the time to to make sure the job was done right. Thanks Pep Boys (and girls)

I had a great experience at Pep Boys. My car suddenly wouldn’t start, and I was really worried about what the repair might cost. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and got it fixed the same day. What impressed me most was the price — it was very reasonable and much lower than I expected. There were no surprise charges, and they were honest about what needed to be done. The staff was professional, patient, and efficient. I truly appreciate their excellent service and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend Pep Boys to anyone who needs reliable car repairs at a great value.

Kimber and Robert were so kind and helpful with my car. I have been going to this location for at least half a year at this point, and the entire team has always been so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind when explaining to me what’s going on with my car. This past visit I was experiencing a small, minor oil leak. Robert explained to me that the fix itself was not necessary but some shops or people would charge me $$$$ to get it done. Robert helped me find some products that would fix the leak (or at least slow it as much as possible to avoid that insane fixing fee) for only $30 and then worked on my car for free. This location has great staff that has always been so kind and helpful when I have had some scary and sudden car issues. I 100% recommend this location to anyone!

Terrible service they kept my car for almost 24hrs for low fuel pressure sensor after running a diagnostic they it could be my regulator. After all that never called when my car was finished when I call to check on my car they tell me something is wrong with my fuel pump which they never said anything about my fuel pump when they ran the diagnostic. They tried to over charge me for the service and I provided my own part. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO PEP BOYS UNLESS YOU NEED A TIRE CHANGED and they might not do that right

Did you know Pep Boys installs batteries? Also did you know that some vehicles won’t let you change the battery without a computer reset requiring a special tool? Neither did I on both of these questions until the auto parts store I took my dead car battery to said they couldn’t touch my battery because of the aforementioned issue. Luckily the auto parts store team remembered another customer mentioning Pep Boys might be able to take care of it. Long story short, Robert and the Pep Boys team took great care of me with my battery ordeal for a great price. They have earned my future business and I’d recommend that you consider them as well.
